How do I top up my Asda Mobile call credit?


You can activate your Asda top up card by following these 3 steps:

How do I check my Asda Mobile credit balance?


There are several ways to check your Asda Mobile credit balance:

Option 1: By text

Text BAL to 2732. You’ll see your current call credit balance on the screen. While abroad, you can still check your Asda Mobile balance this way.

Option 2: By phone

Dial 2732 (free of charge) from your Asda Mobile. You’ll hear your current balance.
If you’re abroad and unable to check your balance via text, you can also call +447953 96 2732 (free of charge) from your Asda Mobile.

Option 3: Online

You can always log in to your My Asda Mobile account to check your call credit balance.

How long is my Asda Mobile credit valid?


Your Asda Mobile call credit doesn’t expire, as long as your SIM card is active. To keep it active, make one chargeable activity at least every 180 days. A chargeable activity is a call, a text, or mobile data usage.

If your SIM card remains inactive for over 180 days, you won’t be able to make calls with it anymore. However, you’ll still be able to receive inbound calls on your Asda Mobile SIM. And, it’s still possible to reactivate it by contacting Asda Mobile.

Has your SIM card been inactive for over 270 days? You won’t be able to use it to make or receive calls anymore, and you’ll lose all remaining call credit. You can still reactivate your SIM card at this point by topping up and contacting Asda Mobile.

After 360 days of SIM card inactivity, your SIM card and number will be disconnected from the Asda Mobile network. It’s not possible to reactivate your SIM card after this point.
