- These Promotion Terms are applicable to the promotional campaign (“Promotion”) organised by Recharge.com International B.V. (“Recharge.com”), based in the Netherlands (Amsteldijk 216, 1079 LK, Amsterdam).

- The Promotion offers those who make a purchase of a PlayStation, Xbox or Steam product with a minimum denomination of £25 on Participating Websites during the Promotion Period (as specified below) the option to enter into a prize draw to win a 12,000 EAFC Points pack (“Prize”)
- Total number of winners: 2 winners per Participating Website. Each winner will receive an EAFC Points pack worth 12,000 points. The final retail value of each prize may vary depending on platform and market pricing at the time of fulfillment. Winners may select their preferred platform (PlayStation, Xbox or Steam).
- The Prize may be delivered either as a direct EAFC Points code or as a gift card that can be redeemed for EAFC Points, depending on platform availability and product options.
- The Promotion will take place between 01/07/2025 - 31/07/2025 (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period.
- The draw will take place on 08/08/2025 (“Draw Date”).
- The delivery date of the prize is dependent on stock availability.By participating in the Promotion, you are bound by the Promotion Terms.
1. Can I participate?
- The Promotion is open to anyone who is above 18 years old.
- Minors are excluded from the Promotion.
- Employees of Recharge.com, their respective branches and subsidiaries, and members of their families or households are not eligible to participate.
2. How can I participate?
- Once you place an order for a PlayStation, Xbox or Steam product during the Promotion Period for a minimum denomination of £25 on the Participating Websites, you will enter into the prize draw with the e-mail address used for the order. There are no costs associated with entering into the draw.
- Each e-mail address used for an order of a PlayStation, Xbox or Steam product for a minimum denomination of £25 on the Participating Websites is eligible for a single entry into the draw.
- In the case of false or misleading entries or actions, you are excluded from participation.
- Prize winners will be selected through a fully-automated random draw from all received entries.
3. What can I win?
- The winners of the Promotion will be awarded with a Prize.
- A total of eight 12,000 EAFC Points packs will be made available for the Promotion.
- Prizes are non-transferable & cannot be returned and/or exchanged for money or other goods or services.
- All taxes, fees, and other costs arising from the prize are for the account of the winner, unless stated otherwise.
4. How do I know if I won?
- If you have won the Prize, you will receive an e-mail on the 08/08/2025.
- We will ask you to confirm your preferred platform (PlayStation, Xbox or Steam). Please do so before 15/08/2025 otherwise Recharge.com reserves the right to retract the Prize and award it to another participant. The EAFC Points pack will be delivered either as a digital code or a gift card, depending on platform availability and product options.
- Recharge.com will not publish your name in respect of the results of the prize draw, unless we have asked for your consent.
5. I have a complaint
- In case of a complaint regarding this promotion, please let us know via help@cs.recharge.com and we will do our best to find a solution with you.
6. Data Protection
- The information and personal data collected upon registration at the Promotion will be used in accordance with these Promotional Terms and our Privacy Statement.
- Personal data of the participants will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion and solely shared for the delivery of the Prize.
