The Prize

- These Promotion Terms apply to the promotional campaign (“Promotion”) organised by Recharge.com International B.V. (“Recharge.com”), based in the Netherlands (Amsteldijk 216, 1079 LK, Amsterdam).
- The Promotion Terms are available on Recharge.com’s websites https://beltegoed.nl/, https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/, https://www.recharge.fr/, https://www.guthaben.de/ and respective mobile applications (“Participating Websites”)
- The Promotion offers those who make a purchase of a PlayStation, Xbox, or Steam product with a minimum denomination of £25/€25 on Participating Websites during the Promotion Period (as specified below) the option to enter into a prize draw to win a game of choice (“Prize”).
- Total worth of the Prizes: 8 Prizes with a maximum value of £70/€70, depending on the local currency, with a total worth of £560/€560.
- The Promotion will take place between 01/08/2025 - 31/08/2025 (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period.
- The draw will take place on 08/09/2025 (“Draw Date”).
- The delivery date of the prize is dependent on stock availability.
- By participating in the Promotion, you are bound by the Promotion Terms.
1. Can I participate?
- The Promotion is open to anyone who is above 18 years old.
- Minors are excluded from the Promotion.
- Employees of Recharge.com, their respective branches and subsidiaries, and members of their families or households are not eligible to participate.
2. How can I participate?
- Once you place an order for a PlayStation, Xbox or Steam product during the Promotion Period for a minimum denomination of £25/€25 on the Participating Websites, you will enter into the prize draw with the e-mail address used for the order. There are no costs associated with entering into the draw.
- Each e-mail address used for an order of a PlayStation, Xbox or Steam product for a minimum denomination of £25 on the Participating Websites is eligible for a single entry into the draw.
- In the case of false or misleading entries or actions, you are excluded from participation.
- Prize winners will be selected through a fully automated random draw from all received entries.
3. What can I win?
- There will be 8 winners drawn from all participants.
- The winners of the Promotion will be awarded with a game of their choice. The game has a maximum worth of £70/€70, depending on the local currency.
- Prizes are non-transferable & cannot be returned and/or exchanged for money or other goods or services.
- All taxes, fees, and other costs arising from the prize are for the account of the winner, unless stated otherwise.
4. How do I know if I won?
- If you have won the Prize, you will receive an e-mail on 08/09/2025.
- Winners will be asked to confirm their game of choice and specify their preferred platform (PlayStation, Xbox, or Steam) the game is available on.
- Recharge.com will then purchase and deliver a digital code or redemption method for the selected game to the winner via email.
- If the selected game is not available or out of stock, Recharge.com reserves the right to offer an alternative in the form of a selected gaming gift card worth £70/€70, depending on the local currency.
- If a winner does not respond by 18/09/2025, Recharge.com reserves the right to retract the Prize and award it to another eligible participant.
- Recharge.com will not publish your name in respect of the results of the prize draw, unless we have asked for your consent.
5. I have a complaint
- In case of a complaint regarding this promotion, please let us know via help@cs.recharge.com and we will do our best to find a solution with you.
6. Data Protection
- The information and personal data collected upon registration at the Promotion will be used in accordance with these Promotional Terms and our Privacy Statement.
- Personal data of the participants will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion and solely shared for the delivery of the Prize.
