- These Promotion Terms are applicable to the promotional campaign (“Promotion”) organised by Recharge.com International B.V. (“Recharge.com”), based in the Netherlands (Amsteldijk 216, 1079 LK, Amsterdam).
- The Promotion Terms are available on Recharge.com’s websites https://beltegoed.nl/, https://www.guthaben.de/, https://www.recharge.fr/, https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/, https://www.recharge.com/ (Netherlands, Germany, France, United Kingdom, and Austria) and respective mobile applications (“Participating Websites”)
- The Promotion offers those who make a purchase of any mobile top-up provider of any denomination on Participating Websites during the Promotion Period (as specified below) the option to enter into a prize draw to win triple times their order made during the respective campaign week (“Prize”).
- Total worth of the Prizes: 40 winners. Maximum total prize amount per winner is €60.
- The Promotion will take place between 01/07/2025 - 31/07/2025 (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period.
- Two winners will be selected every week. The draw will take place on the first Monday after each week.
- By participating in the Promotion, you are bound by the Promotion Terms.
1. Can I participate?
- The Promotion is open to anyone who is above 18 years old.
- Minors are excluded from the Promotion.
- Employees of Recharge.com, their respective branches and subsidiaries, and members of their families or households are not eligible to participate.
2. How can I participate?
- Once you place an order for any mobile top-up provider of any denomination during the Promotion Period on the Participating Websites, regardless of the amount, you will enter into the prize draw with the e-mail address used for the order. There are no costs associated with entering into the draw.
- Each e-mail address used for an order of any mobile top-up provider of any denomination on the Participating Websites, regardless of the amount, is eligible for a single entry into the draw per week.
- In the case of false or misleading entries or actions, you are excluded from participation.
- Prize winners will be selected through a fully-automated random draw from all received entries.
3. What can I win?
- There will be 40 winners drawn from all participants.
- The winners of the Promotion will be awarded with triple times their order made during the respective campaign week. Maximum total prize amount per winner is €60.
- Prizes are non-transferable & cannot be returned and/or exchanged for money or other goods or services.
- All taxes, fees, and other costs arising from the prize are for the account of the winner, unless stated otherwise.
4. How do I know if I won?
- If you have won the Prize, you will receive an e-mail. Weekly winners are announced on the first Monday after each campaign week.
- Recharge.com will not publish your name in respect of the results of the prize draw, unless we have asked for your consent.
5. I have a complaint
- In case of a complaint regarding this promotion, please let us know via help@cs.recharge.com and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

- All submissions become the property of Recharge.com and are not confirmed or returned.
- The information and personal data collected upon registration at the Promotion will be used in accordance with these Promotional Terms and our Privacy Statement.

- The Promotion is subject to Dutch law.

- Recharge.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to disqualify any person who violates the participation process or the execution of the Promotions, or violates any legislation or regulations, or behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way.
