- These Promotion Terms are applicable to the promotional campaign (“Promotion”) organised by Recharge.com International B.V. (“Recharge.com”), based in the Netherlands (Amsteldijk 216, 1079 LK, Amsterdam).
- The Promotion Terms are available on Recharge.com’s websites https://beltegoed.nl/, https://www.guthaben.de/, https://www.recharge.fr/, https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/, https://www.recharge.com/ (Netherlands, Germany, France, United Kingdom, and Austria) and respective mobile applications (“Participating Websites”)
- The Promotion offers those who make a purchase of any mobile top-up of any denomination on the Participating Websites during the Promotion Period (as defined below) the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win back the value of their order (“Prize”).
- There will be a total of 40 winners. The maximum prize amount that any single winner can receive is €30.
- The Promotion will take place between 01/08/2025 - 31/08/2025 (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period.
- The draw will take place on 05/09/2025 (“Draw Date”).
- By participating in the Promotion, you are bound by the Promotion Terms.
1. Can I participate?
- The Promotion is open to anyone who is above 18 years old.
- Minors are excluded from the Promotion.
- Employees of Recharge.com, their respective branches and subsidiaries, and members of their families or households are not eligible to participate.
2. How can I participate?
- When you place an order for any mobile top-up of any denomination on the Participating Websites during the Promotion Period, you will automatically be entered into the prize draw using the e-mail address provided for that order. There are no additional costs to enter the prize draw.
- Each e-mail address is eligible for one entry into the prize draw per order placed during the Promotion Period.
- In the case of false or misleading entries or actions, you are excluded from participation.
- Prize winners will be selected through a fully automated random draw from all received entries.
3. What can I win?
- There will be 40 winners drawn from all participants.
- The winners will receive an amount equal to the value of their most recent eligible order placed during the Promotion Period, up to a maximum of €30.
- Prizes are non-transferable & cannot be returned and/or exchanged for money or other goods or services.
- All taxes, fees, and other costs arising from the prize are for the account of the winner, unless stated otherwise.
4. How do I know if I won?
- If you have won the Prize, you will receive an email on 05/09/2025.
- Recharge.com will not publish your name in respect of the results of the prize draw, unless we have asked for your consent.
5. I have a complaint
- In case of a complaint regarding this promotion, please let us know via help@cs.recharge.com and we will do our best to find a solution with you.
6. Data Protection
- All submissions become the property of Recharge.com and are not confirmed or returned.
- The information and personal data collected upon registration at the Promotion will be used in accordance with these Promotional Terms and our Privacy Statement.

- By participating, you declare to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the decisions of Recharge.com, which are final and binding on all matters related to this Promotion.
- The Promotion is subject to Dutch law.
- Recharge.com reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Recharge.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to disqualify any person who violates the participation process or the execution of the Promotions, or violates any legislation or regulations, or behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way.
- The use of equipment or computer software to automate the participation process is prohibited.
