Promotion Terms for Nike Phantom 6 “EA SPORTS FC” Boots Giveaway – https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/ and respective mobile applications.

These Promotion Terms are applicable to the promotional campaign (“Promotion”) organised by Recharge.com International B.V. (“Recharge.com”), based in the Netherlands (Amsteldijk 216, 1079 LK, Amsterdam).
The Promotion Terms are available on Recharge.com’s websites https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/ and respective mobile applications (“Participating Websites”)
The Promotion offers those who make a purchase of £25 or more in any gaming gift card on Participating Websites during the Promotion Period (as specified below) the option to enter into a prize draw to win a pair of Nike Phantom 6 “EA SPORTS FC” Boots (the “Prize”).
There will be a total of 4 winners for this Promotion. Each winner will receive one (1) pair of Nike Phantom 6 “EA SPORTS FC” Boots, in one of the available sizes.
The Promotion will take place between 16/01/2026 – 31/01/2026 (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on 06/02/2026 (“Draw Date”).
By participating in the Promotion, you are bound by the Promotion Terms.

1. Can I participate?

The Promotion is open to anyone who is above 18 years old.
Minors are excluded from the Promotion.
Employees of Recharge.com, their respective branches and subsidiaries, and members of their families or households are not eligible to participate.

2. How can I participate?

Once you place an order of £25 or more in any gaming gift card during the Promotion Period on the Participating Websites, you will enter into the prize draw with the e-mail address used for the order. There are no costs associated with entering into the draw.
Each e-mail address used for an eligible order (minimum purchase value of £25) on the Participating Websites is eligible for a single entry into the draw.
In the case of false or misleading entries or actions, you are excluded from participation.
Prize winners will be selected through a fully automated random draw from all received entries.

3. What can I win?

The winner of the Promotion will be awarded with a Prize.
The Prize consists of one (1) pair of Nike Phantom 6 “EA SPORTS FC” Boots.
Please note: only 4 pairs are available in specific sizes and colors.
Sizes will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — the sooner winners respond, the better the chance of receiving their preferred size.
If a winner’s preferred size is unavailable, Recharge.com will offer an alternative available size, subject to availability.
The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other goods or services.
All taxes, duties, and other costs associated with the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner unless stated otherwise.

4. How do I know if I won?

If you have won the Prize, you will receive an e-mail on 06/02/2026.
We will ask the winner to confirm their preferred size and delivery address. The delivery of prizes shall be strictly limited to the country corresponding to the domain of the Promotion, and the delivery address provided must be located within that country.
Please provide the requested information before 20/02/2026 otherwise Recharge.com reserves the right to retract the Prize and award it to another participant.

5. I have a complaint

In case of a complaint regarding this promotion, please let us know via help@cs.recharge.com and we will do our best to find a solution with you.

6. Data Protection

The information and personal data collected upon registration at the Promotion will be used in accordance with these Promotional Terms and our Privacy Statement.
Personal data of the participants will only be used for the purpose of this Promotion and for the delivery of the Prize.
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Statement, which can be found here: https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/privacy.

7. General Conditions

By participating in the Promotion, you accept the Promotion Terms. These terms are binding.
The Promotion is subject to Dutch law.
Recharge.com reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Recharge.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to disqualify any person who violates the participation process or the execution of the Promotions, or violates any legislation or regulations, or behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way.
The use of equipment or computer software to automate the participation process is prohibited.
Recharge.com is not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate submission information, human errors, typographical or transcription errors, technical defects, malfunctions, breakdowns, injury or damage to the participant's computer or any third party in connection with – or as a result of participation in these Promotions, inability to access a website, malicious processing, unauthorized access to entries, transactions that are processed late or incorrect, or other mistakes.
