These Promotion Terms are applicable to the promotional campaign (“Promotion”) organised by Recharge.com International B.V. (“Recharge.com”), based in the Netherlands (Amsteldijk 216, 1079 LK, Amsterdam).
The Promotion Terms are available on Recharge.com’s websites https://www.mobiletopup.co.uk/ and respective mobile applications (“Participating Websites”).
During the Promotion Period (as specified below), customers who purchase any product with a minimum denomination of £50 on Participating Websites will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw to win a one-year gift card supply, awarded as a £300 gift card of choice. (“Prize”).
There will be a total of 1 winner.
The Promotion will take place between 27/12/2025 - 31/12/2025 (“Promotion Period”). Participation in the Promotion is only possible during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on 09/01/2025 (“Draw Date”).
By participating in the Promotion, you are bound by the Promotion Terms.

Can I participate?

The Promotion is open to anyone who is above 18 years old.
Minors are excluded from the Promotion.
Employees of Recharge.com, their respective branches and subsidiaries, and members of their families or households are not eligible to participate.

How can I participate?

Once you place an order for any product with a minimum denomination of £50 during the Promotion Period on the Participating Websites, you will enter into the prize draw with the e-mail address used for the order. There are no costs associated with entering into the draw.
Each eligible order placed using the same email address counts as a separate entry into the draw.
In the case of false or misleading entries or actions, you are excluded from participation.
Prize winners will be selected through a fully-automated random draw from all received entries.

What can I win?

There will be 1 winner drawn from all participants.
The winners of the Promotion will be awarded with a one-year gift card supply, awarded as a £300 gift card of choice.
Prizes are non-transferable & cannot be returned and/or exchanged for money or other goods or services.
All taxes, fees, and other costs arising from the prize are for the account of the winner, unless stated otherwise.

How do I know if I won?

If you have won the Prize, you will receive an e-mail on the 09/01/2025.
Upon receipt of this email, you are required to respond before 23/01/2026, otherwise Recharge.com reserves the right to retract the Prize and award it to another participant.
Recharge.com will not publish your name in respect of the results of the prize draw, unless we have asked for your consent.

All submissions become the property of Recharge.com and are not confirmed or returned.
The information and personal data collected upon registration at the Promotion will be used in accordance with these Promotional Terms and our Privacy Statement.

General Conditions

By participating, you declare to be bound by these Promotion Terms and the decisions of Recharge.com, which are final and binding on all matters related to this Promotion.
The Promotion is subject to Dutch law.
Recharge.com reserves the right to discontinue the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
Recharge.com reserves the right, at its own discretion, to disqualify any person who violates the participation process or the execution of the Promotions, or violates any legislation or regulations, or behaves in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive way.
The use of equipment or computer software to automate the participation process is prohibited.
Recharge.com is not responsible for: incorrect or inaccurate submission information, human errors, typographical or transcription errors, technical defects, malfunctions, breakdowns, injury or damage to the participant's computer or any third party in connection with - or as a result of participation in these Promotions, inability to access a website, malicious processing, unauthorized access to entries, transactions that are processed late or incorrect, or other mistakes.
