1. When and how will I receive my code?

After a successful order, you will receive the voucher code in your inbox immediately. With many of the products we offer you can choose to receive the code also by SMS.

Note: it is possible that the email ends up in your junk mail folder, so please make sure you check this folder.

2. I have not received a top up voucher code

What should you do when you have bought Pay as you Go credit for your mobile phone, but did not receive the code? You may have entered the wrong email address during the placement of your order. Or you did receive your code, but it ended up in the junk mail folder. You always have the opportunity to request a resend of your code using our resend form. When you have tried all the above-mentioned options and you are still unable to find your code, please fill out our contact form, including your order number.
